About Me

Hi, I’m Kim Gordon — a Registered Nurse turned Health Coach, mom of two, and passionate advocate for ancestral nutrition and circadian health.

My wellness journey began in 2017 with a simple goal: lose weight. A ketogenic diet changed everything — the weight came off, but more importantly, I felt alive again. More energy, fewer cravings, better focus. Food had become medicine.

After years of stress, long hours, and sleep deprivation, I learned firsthand that nutrition is only part of the equation. Healing also requires alignment with nature — sunlight, sleep, movement, and nervous system balance.

Today, I follow and teach a low-carb, high-protein, nutrient-dense lifestyle supported by strong circadian habits. These are my Four Pillars of Health:
