1:1 Health Coaching
$300 per month, suggested 3-month minimum commitment*
Includes:
Three 50-minute private coaching sessions per month (1:1)
A comprehensive intake & health history review
Personalized goal setting with realistic, sustainable action steps
Ongoing support identifying barriers, blind spots, and plateaus
Education around nutrition, habits, stress, sleep, and metabolic health
Email check-ins between sessions for accountability and course correction
Email support between sessions (48-hour response time)

Why Coaching Is a 3-Month Minimum*
Health coaching is most effective when there is enough time to assess, implement, evaluate, and refine. A three-month minimum ensures:
Adequate time to see what works (and what doesn’t)
Space to address obstacles and plateaus
Accountability through real-world challenges
A higher likelihood of long-term success
Shorter commitments tend to focus on information. Longer commitments allow for transformation.

One 60-minute private consultation
Guided review of current habits, routines, and health challenges
Identification of realistic goals and practical next steps
Personalized education based on your history, lifestyle, and priorities
A written summary after the session outlining key insights and recommended actions
