  • 60-minute comprehensive intake & health history review

  • Two 50-minute private coaching sessions per month (1:1)

  • Personalized goal setting with realistic, sustainable action steps

  • Ongoing support identifying barriers, blind spots, and plateaus

  • Education around nutrition, habits, stress, sleep, and metabolic health

  • Email check-ins between sessions for accountability and course correction

  • Email support between sessions (48-hour response time)
